Large files are welcome: high-resolution images and print-ready PDFs up to 300 MB upload directly in the configurator. If your file is bigger than that, contact us and we'll send a transfer link.

No. Choose Fill to print edge to edge. Keep important text and logos about half an inch in from the edge so nothing feels cramped.

Aim for 100 pixels per inch at final size on yard signs: 2400 × 1800 px for 24 × 18, and 1800 × 1200 px for 18 × 12. Large signs are seen from farther away, so 75 px per inch works for 48 × 36 and 50 px per inch for 4 × 6 and 4 × 8 ft (4800 × 2400 px). Vector PDFs scale without loss.

The preview shows a warning with your file's pixel size and our recommendation before you check out. You can still order, but the print may look soft up close.

If your artwork's proportions differ from the sign, Fit shows the whole design with white margins, and Fill prints edge to edge and trims the overflow.

Yes, for any candidate or cause. The buyer is responsible for including any legally required disclaimer, such as a “Paid for by” line, in the artwork. We print files as supplied.

Shipping is free on sizes up to 48 × 36 in and already included in the price. 4 × 6 ft and 4 × 8 ft signs are too large for parcel carriers, so they're picked up free at our warehouse, 8945 Motorsports Way, Brownsburg, IN 46112.

Yes, by LTL freight on a custom quote. Contact us with your quantity and delivery address and we'll send a freight quote, or choose 48 × 36 in or smaller, which ships free.

Signs are packed flat and boxed to protect the printed faces. H-stakes ship in the same box. You'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves the shop.

Add heavy-duty stakes when you order (we suggest 2 per sign for 48 × 36 and 3 for 4 × 6 and 4 × 8). Drive them into the ground and zip-tie the sign to them; zip ties are included. Grommets give the zip ties a clean, reinforced hole. H-stakes are offered up to 36 × 24 in. 4 × 6 and 4 × 8 ft signs are landscape only, so they mount securely.

We collect Indiana sales tax on orders shipping to Indiana and on orders picked up at our Brownsburg warehouse. Orders shipping to other states are not charged sales tax by us.
