Privacy policy

Hoosier Print Works (a division of MRC Wood Products) collects only what we need to print and deliver your order and to answer your questions.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can fulfill and ship your order.
• The artwork files you upload, so we can print them.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe also calculates any Indiana sales tax due from your shipping address.

How we use it

We use your information to print and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, and reply to you. We share it only with the services that help us do that, such as our payment processor and shipping carriers. We don't sell your information.

Your artwork

Uploaded files are used only to produce your order. We keep them for a limited time so we can reprint if something goes wrong, then delete them. Ask us any time and we'll delete your files sooner.
