Standard orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Rush orders ship within 1 business day for a flat $30. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping is free to addresses in the United States on every size up to 48 × 36 in, and is already included in the price. Signs are packed flat and boxed to protect the printed faces, and stakes ship in the same box. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves the shop.
These signs are too large for parcel carriers. Pick them up free at our warehouse, 8945 Motorsports Way, Brownsburg, IN 46112, Mon–Fri, 8 am – 4 pm ET; we'll email you when your order is ready. To have them shipped, contact us for a custom LTL freight quote.
The preview in our designer shows your artwork on the sign at true scale before you pay, and your confirmation email repeats exactly what we'll print. If something looks wrong, contact us right away; we can usually hold an order that hasn't gone to the press yet.
Because every order is printed to your specifications, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for issues that were visible in the preview, such as low resolution, spelling or the Fit/Fill choice.
If your signs arrive damaged, misprinted, or don't match your approved order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint them or refund you, whichever you prefer.
