Contour
Cut around my design
+$2 per sign up to 3 × 4 ft, +$3 on 4 × 6 ft and +$5 on 4 × 8 ft. We trace a cut line around your artwork and email a proof first. Adds one business day.
How contour cutting works
Upload your designAny JPG, PNG or PDF. A PNG with a transparent background or a PDF gives the cleanest outline.
We trace the cut lineOur designers draw a smooth cut path with a small border around your artwork, usually about ¼ in.
You approve a proofWe email the proof showing exactly where we'll cut. Nothing goes to the cutter until you say yes.
We print and cutUV-printed on 4mm coroplast and cut on the Colex, then shipped or ready for pickup.
iUsing H-stakes? Leave some solid sign along the bottom edge so the stake wires reach the flutes. Round and pointed bottoms sit a little higher on the stake. Inside cut-outs, holes or multi-piece signs are quoted individually.
